Analysis on the air compressor fault

On the daily operation, the oil leakage may happen by lubricants flowing.

The reason of oil leakage：
1、Dropping or deficiency of the oil seal.
2、Main shaft loosening results in leakage of oil seal.
3、Leakage of faying face, loosening of the oil inlet or return pipeline joint.
4、Overtightening of the belt installation causes the main shell wear.
5、Deficiency caused during producing.
　　
Way to judge and exclud the reasons of failure operation:
        When the oil leakage happens, the oil seal shall be carefully inspected. Any crack of the oil seal or crack or flanging of the internal lip appears, plz change the oil seal;
