The solution of common faults of screw compressor:
1. After starting the machine does not load: adjust the pressure switch setting value or replace the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve;
2. The machine does not start: check the main switch and power cord, check the motor;
3. Compressor high temperature protection shutdown: improve environmental ventilation conditions, clean or clean the cooler, add oil to the specified position, replace the oil filter;
4. Excessive fuel consumption: according to the recommended oil, reduce the oil level to the normal position, remove the return pipeline cleaning, replace the oil and gas separator filter element;
5. The exhaust pressure is lower than the specified value: reduce the gas consumption or increase the compressor, check the leakage of the system, clean or replace the intake filter core, replace the oil and gas separator filter core, check or replace the solenoid valve, overhaul the intake control valve, replace the belt, adjust the pressure switch setting value;
6. The compressor is not unloaded, the safety valve is released: adjust the pressure switch setting value or replace the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve;
7. Relief valve discharge: repair or replace the safety valve, repair the minimum pressure valve, replace the oil and gas separator filter element, repair or replace the pressure switch, check the intake control valve or solenoid valve.
8. Compressor unloading operation, exhaust pressure is still slowly rising, safety valve release: check or replace the solenoid valve, overhaul the intake control valve, overhaul the unloading pipeline.
